What we collect
We collect candidate information submitted through our screening flows on behalf of staffing agency clients (name, contact, work eligibility, role preferences). We collect business contact information from prospective clients who book demos.
How we use it
Candidate data is used solely to qualify candidates and book interviews with the contracted staffing agency. Business contact data is used to deliver requested demos and follow up.
EEOC compliance
FastPlace operates within EEOC guidelines. Knockout questions are limited to bona fide occupational qualifications.
